I know of a couple of high 11 second magnums: lightened crank, cam, ported/decked heads, slicks, built tranny w/ stall and spray. They can't get much faster and pass inspection.

So that's there secret huh, lol. Yeh, there are a couple low 13 sec Hemi truck out there with just bolt-ons and one or two 12 sec ones.
He has the factory fuel injection with bigger injectors and a piggyback controller since there is no real tuning out for the Hemi's yet(especially his '03). SCT is just now hitting the sceen after five years, lol.
That is why I bought the Silverado. EFI Live, HP Tuners, LS1 Edit, etc. and parts everywhere. I can almost get a 4" crank and pistons at Home Depot, lol.
