There are two kits, be sure you buy the one without the temperture bypass valve, its much cheaper.

Is that the one called a Tru Cool or something like that? I remember seeing one that was suppose to bypass the cooler during colder weather so the tranny warmed up quicker, I assume that's what you're talking about.
