Suggestions on how to make my new LQ9 last

I have a NEW....haha NEW LQ9 coming from GM, i have a few other post on here and i run a decent list of mods, soo i would like some input on how i should go about breaking in this engine before something the bed again like last time. So should i break it in with the turbo on or disconnected, should i cam it right out of the crate, and if soo how should i do it and when should i install the turbo back on if i decide not to install the turbo on it during break in
? any have any problem like this please let me know what you did and what type of combo you were running and what spark plugs would be tter for turbo and non turbo applications..

    Thanks

    Slim
