You complain about benefits and etc. use your 15 hr then take benefits out of it. after al lsaid and done you now make 9hr...answer me...how can you support yourself rather alone a family? dont say have wife work cause then it takes 2 ppl to make combined 20hr.... Unions allow for familys to survive by paying individuals what they are worth for the skill.
