    Bumper Options

So about a week ago today my truck was in a hit and run in the parking lot of my condo, fortunatly one of the property managment people got the license plate of the gentleman so kind to hit her and run off and my local PD later caught up with him.

06 BMW X5 managed to knock my Chevy bumper off about 3" on the drivers side, yet the guy in the other car "didnt notice any damage". I was quite cranked, to say the least, especially since I was heading to Daytona that day, with my truck and trailer filled with 60k worth of motorcycles for bike week.

    Long story shot, suggestions?

I will be getting a check from his insurance company, I debated an SS bumper, LOVE the way they look, but have never really been a fan of puttin things on my truck that dont belong (as its not an SS). There are really no other attractive options IMHO.

    What do you all think?

leave it stock appearing if you don't plan on running the wheels off of it. Too much modification will scare potential buyers off.

True. It was almost impossible to sell my Z71 with a half completed interior color change and bedcut. Luckily a kid who was wanting the exact same thing found it and bought it. I only had it listed for $4500. Granted it was a retired work truck and had 183K on it but it still ran perfect.
