Update: Bad News is Now Good News

So today im leaving soccer pre season...and i lay on it a bit...then i hear the aweful noise that sounds like my tranny fell outa my truck and was dragging behind me. I have no gears at all....not even park. The tow truck driver was like wow you f***** something up bad. So....now my truck is in the shop being looked at. When i put it into drive, reverse, or any gear, it made a terrible grinding/crushing noise and couldnt get the gear. Then when i went to put it back into park, it was almost like a higher pitched whining of a noise. I guess that tune really did give me some more power. So anyway, once i figure out whats wrong with it, ill be getting some new parts.

Just out of curiosity. Did you do any mods to your transmission? If the trans is messed up would a servo, shift kit or an aluminum accumulator pin have prevented that from happening?
