As title says for sale, at the point where you can decide a few things. Will build stock and sell for $400 local. I'm willing to meet half way or set up a time to pick up, no shipping. This one was not hurt badly at all (check ball peened through spacer plate and no 2nd apply, band hurt, no biggie). I will build with your aftermarket hot rod parts if you supply them for the same price as long as they install generally as stock. Heavy mods will require some more $$$ but I work cheap. Need to get this out of the way. Price includes GM stock parts, mount, stock converter (flushed), bell housing. I took it all the way down to the low/reverse clutches (all the way gutted) and cleaned it on the inside, checked the low roller clutch and low/reverse clutch piston (no issues found), pulled the servo pistons and cleaned/resealed (no issues found), pulled valve body and inspected (no issues other than previously mentioned over-peened check ball). Input housing and rear pump cover OK, no issues with teflon rings or pump cover bushings, input sprag OK, sunshell OK, no burnt clutches although I will replace with stock. Even 3-4 looked good. Both accumulators OK, no issues. Came out of 2004 1500 Silverdao with about 55K miles, 5.3 engine. It won't look like this when you pick it up, showing honest picture of item as it sits today...still partially disassembled in case you want to supply me with other internals.
