    Question my 60' didnt change

well, i have 4:10s now and im still running the SAME DRs i did when i was on 3:42s. i launched the same way, and tried new ways. NOTHING CHANGED. i had a consistent 1.84 on 3:42s and now all i can get is a dang 1.82 60'
my cam calls for a looser converter but i dont feel like upgrading bc i DD it and i love the way it runs now. well, all i can figure is it's bc ive out grown my converter and its a must to get a 3400-3600.

i went from 3:42s/G80 then to Yukon 4:11s/Tru-Trac. i ran the same psi as last time 26-27ish. i can't understand why it has no real change in the 60'. it E.T. was 13.0 AGAIN, but 104.2ish mph vs the 103.8 i had before.

Could it be due to the heat?

gears arent gonna put the power to the ground so why would it gain you any in the 60 ft? a stall puts the power to the ground which gains you 60 ft gears = mile per hour stall = 60 ft

i figured it'd be less of a load on the truck so it'd start to move faster which in turn brings my 60' down a lil more ? i dunno, looks like its time for a 3600

    well

sure its not some of it in the tune?... I think the gears should have helped.... I "help" a guy over the phone out of state... his truck was able to gain a Solid .2X in the .60 foot just going from a 3.73 to a 4.10... But yes he has a Bit more converter then yourself..... and YES a converter will help you .....
