    Will LS2 Exhaust Manifolds fit 04 5.3L

    Will LS2 Exhaust Manifolds fit a 5.3L Vortec from a 2004 Tahoe?

Are gaskets used on these types?

I am putting the 5.3L in a Jeep CJ and need a more centered drop.

taken off brand new LS2 Crate engine

yes, they'll fit. Yes, you'll need stock gaskets. The Corvette pipes dump out the center, also. Check out Welcome to Street and Performance for some nice shorty center dump headers.

    Thanks for the help.
Got a set and they fit great.
Just a slight trim to the motor mounts.

I wonder if these would fit 5.3 heads in a 5.7L S-10... I've heard all we can fit are LS1 manifolds.

there are long tube headers made for S10s already. Can't remember if its hooker, Jags that run, or whom that makes them though. They've been on the market for a few years.

Why the sharp transition on the driver's side into the other pipe? You're definatley losing power with that straight on angle and extra tubing from the other side. So what kind of muffler did you go with and any cat? Bet that Jeep is definatley a lot more awake now with the 5.3.
