oscar called me and we worked everything out. he shipped the vats and regulator earlier this week but he's gonna call ups and get them to return it to him. he's gonna overnight me the vats and regulator so i can finish my truck. he's going the extra mile to make sure everything is righted. i appreciate that a lot. i do apologize if i have "slammed" his company, all i wanted was my parts, and thats what i'm gonna get (even though i don't get the free stuff now, rats). but its all good now and i just wanted to let everyone know whats going on.
