    Hi everybody.....

    I have a problem and I wish that someone can give me the solution, I have silverado 2006 model 5.3L and I want to swap LS2 2005 complete corvette engine in my truck and I want to know what I should I do to fix this engine in my truck. ................

    little more info... i dont knwo about any one esle... but are you wanting to fix your 5.3 or swap that one for an ls2?

    the way i read it... looks as if they are asking how to fit teh LS2 in the truck.

    thank you for replying and I have 5.3L engine now in my truck, and I want to swap it by LS2 engine 2005 , and I want to know how and what should I need to swap the LS2 engine......

    I&#39;ve not done it yet, but from my research -

    Physically the engine should bolt right in and use all accessories. The only concerns I see are the crank sensor, cam sensor, and knock sensor locations (you may have to extend the harnesses, check Speartech) and verify that the crankshaft reluctor wheel is the same tooth count as your 5.3L (so it will work with your existing PCM). Sorry to not have more concrete answers, I&#39;m not that familiar with the specifics of the latest 5.3L mills.

    well since you havent done it yet, tell ya what..... go ahead and buy the engine and allother things that are needed and ill let you get a few wrenching hours of practice in on swapping my 5.3 out and the new LS2 in...sound like a deal?? good thats what i thought... ill be waitin on you monday
