nelson tune question

On chevy 5.3 (05-06) yrs, with basically stock truck with a nelson tune, what gains do you notice, and what fuel mpg increase did you see?
any input would be great!

It's hard to nail it down exactly how much each truck gains in mpg, but I've seen anywhere from .5 to 5mpg.
I'd say the average is about 1.5mpg gain.
That's driving the truck very easy though.

When you get the tune, your milage will suck. All that extra power is too tempting and your foot will be in it a lot! You'll see the milage gain later.
