Trying to arrange a time to pickup my truck and can't get hold of Allen. Anyone talked to him today? Would really like to have it at the track tomorrow. Squirrel has agreed to drive it up, but we don't even know if the tune is finished. I'd hate for him to go out of his way for me and it not be ready.

Hi stssilv, your truck will be ready, just in time.

But there are some issues. I'm sure you remember when we were on the road and some coolant blew out of somewhere, well since then, I keep smelling coolant and like last time, the engine still heats up quite a bit under a heavy run.
The weird card in a spoke sound, is still there. I turned the boost down to 5psi, I know you don't want that, and it goes away.
I cannot pinpoint it. It sounds like a flapping sound, but very loud guys, like a huge exhaust leak and it's only boost related.
Your truck is all tuned up in SD mode. Remember that surge we had in third or a 50% throttle pull, it's gone! The truck runs pretty good. 5psi : 11.6 a/f ratio across the board, 10psi : 11.2 a/f ratio, it'll dip down to high 10's for a second when floored, but corrects very well.
Also, it feels like the truck is missing on the topend, may be a plug misfiring.
I'll check again for the coolant leak, it's a sneeky one to find!
Also, not trying to bring up all the bad stuff, hahah, but your truck has a vibration in neutral at 2K rpms, just wondering what you thought about that related to any coolant leak or that sound we can't find.

Overall, it's in good condition! Runs strong.

talk to you tomorrow.

hummm..card in a spoke sound...coolant leak have you thought about it being a broke or loose head bolt...maybe one toward the firewall where you cant see it leaking or back into the intake so you cant see it at all....your saying it gets hot after beating on it...metal expands when it gets hot to open up a very small crack in head or something....just thinking what it could possibly be.....
