Thread: traction bars are on and rollin

    finished them and man it is different.It gets much better traction.
    The only thing is when you adjust them and make them stiffer it will raise the rear about 1 inch.Then you can back them off (looser) and it will level it off somewhat but with them looser there is less traction.It does ride some what stiffer,you definatly know they are back there but I love them.they were 475.00 bucks but I would do it again,I like them.
    if anyone that has some serous traction problems like I was having I would really consider them.I have the Competition engineering slide a links but I would also check out Cal tracs as there are awesome traction bars also.

    Cool, Do ou have any pics? I'd like to see them, I remember a few years ago I couldn't even find any and thought I was gonna have to make some. There was some issue about the spring design on our trucks. I didn't see that a problem myself.
