15 Inch Truck Rims

Hey I have a set of BFG 275/60/15 Comp T/A Drag Radials and my truck has 16 inch rims stock. (1999 Silverado) I am just wondering what year of trucks came with 15's that will work on my truck. I just want to buy some cheap "stock" rims to put the DR's on. Thanks!

My '86 came with 15s, but I know your bolt pattern (size & all) is different from mine. If no one here can tell ya, check with a local GM Parts shop. It'll take some looking, but they have that info (wheel size & bolt pattern based on year/make/model).

If a 15 inch wheel will clear your rear caliper try an old 4x4 six lug wheel, i have a set here you could try if you were closer.

I didn&#39;t even think of the caliper issue, but i guess i just assumed the rear brakes wouldn&#39;t be that big. I&#39;m just trying to keep from buying new tires. I have a mustang, (ya i said mustang) that i use the 15&#39;s on and i just thought i&#39;d swap them over since i have a tire machine here at the shop. Thanks i&#39;ll look for some old 4x4 one&#39;s if no one else has ideas.
