Allen spent most of the day Monday street tuning my truck. A/F is near perfect, Timing is good. Only problem is my injectors are maxed (43lb). Boost is set @8 psi and I am positive it is much stronger than before. Almost wrecked on the highway home when it boosted me sideways @ 70 mph (wet road). It's scary quick to redline (p&p heads helped a lot). Will be ordering the 68 lb injectors soon!!! Want 12-14 psi.

Trying to dyno tomorrow at a local shop here. BTW he's thinking of putting a dyno day together (Belton, TX-central TX) anyone interested?

Tell me you're going to take it easy on that beast, lol!!!
Sorry we couldn't tune it to it's fullest potential, but we'll get there.
Once you come back, you'll probably have the wideband installed. Expect it to run on the rich side on the dyno, but that was on purpose until we do a final tune.
Once the 68's get in there, you'll be able to up the boost up and run very strong.
The truck pulled very hard, 6200rpms came quickly and felt like it needed to be raised, but that's later on.

Take it easy on it, hahaha, I know you're anxious, it's strong, but the truck will run out of fuel on the top end. Quick spurts will be fine, just no 1/4 mile runs, doh!

nice seeing you again and let me know when you can come back down.

Hey Guy, good luck with hitting your numbers. I am probably near my injector limits. I would be interested in knowing about your quest for 68# injectors and how it works out.

apprently injectors are easy to find. Need to change out the "clips" to LS1 style. Will let you know.

My trans is now showing "transmission hot" message on the dash. Is it going out or do i just need an additional cooler. It comes on after i've been pounding on it for a while.
