    Wells racing in Dallas said my short block will be ready tomorrow! Driving up saturday to pick it up. Give me 2 weeks and it's back to the track (after I visit Allen).
    2013 2wd Z71 6.2 crew cab

    Old Truck: '04 Chevy crew cab stroked/bored 6.0 to 408ci. forged internals, patriot 68cc stage 3 heads (11.1:1cr), comp 244/246 .600 115lsa cam, 3000 yank tc, built 4L60E, walbro 255, 60# mototron injectors, pacesetter lt's 4" single no-cat exhaust

    best time 12.93 1/4 mi @ 103 in the turbo truck.

    Brandon, Dennis is a good guy and his work has been spot on.

    I just got a 5.3 for my truck, but I'm jealous that I wont be running 15psi. Its a start though.

    HELL YA!! How much boost are you going to run?
    I know we had it biult to hold alot.

    This time don't let anyone else drive it. Just tell them this is not a moving truck its a race truck only. I have the number to UHAL if they need it.

    Alton, I&#39;d like to run 18psi, but its still a ways off. I have a complete 5.3 and 4l60 to install first, although it will have a cam and stall before it goes in. Once the swap is complete to my satisfaction, a/c working, gauges, etc, I will start on a 370 or 408. I think everyone needs a truck that has so much power its useless on the street.
