    comp 918&#39;s, worked for me and many others.
    2013 2wd Z71 6.2 crew cab

    Old Truck: '04 Chevy crew cab stroked/bored 6.0 to 408ci. forged internals, patriot 68cc stage 3 heads (11.1:1cr), comp 244/246 .600 115lsa cam, 3000 yank tc, built 4L60E, walbro 255, 60# mototron injectors, pacesetter lt's 4" single no-cat exhaust

    best time 12.93 1/4 mi @ 103 in the turbo truck.

    also whats the stock length on the 99 pushrods? the lunati pushrod specs are

    5/16 Dia. Overall Length 7.410" those are the specs on the lunati ones but if the stock ones are the same i dont need to spend the money then rihgt?

    we have almost the same cam. i went with the 918&#39;s with manley harden pushrods (7.4") i&#39;ve haven&#39;t had a problem with them. spins up to 6700 with easy. no valvetrain noise either.

    You will be fine down low, a stall would help, but i think you will be ok. You might wanna get some hardened pushrods, just to be on the safe side.

    mine runs awsome down low. pulls 1.75 60&#39;. that&#39;s with a 3000 stall though. i&#39;d say go with a trailblazer stall or something simillar around 2500 stall so that it can take full advantage of the cam.

    The Lunati cam and the TR220 cam like cajuns are nothing alike. The lunati cam is no where near as aggressive as the TR cam. I dont think its even comparable with the comp xe series cams. On that note, it will probably be a dog on the lowend unlike a more aggressive lobed cam is.
