Bed sheets
I heard that not only the mattress, but also the fabrics can affect sleep. For example, there is underwear that wicks away moisture and maintains optimal temperature. Who tried it - did you feel the difference? And if compared with classic cotton or linen? I'm interested in your opinion.

It sounds like a joke, but I assure you that the material of the sheet can change your sleep. A couple of years ago, my friends gave me a cooling sheet sets for summer , and it was a “wow” moment. It doesn’t curl, doesn’t wrinkle, doesn’t make you sweat. It feels like the sheet adjusts to you. Another thing I like is that the fabric doesn’t get static. Honestly, I haven’t gone back to cotton since then. Has anyone had experience with linen or bamboo — are they worth trying?
