Anyone running a 228/232 cam?

I'm considering getting a 228/232 cam for my 2001 Silverado RCSB. Current set up is:
5.3 liter stock
E-Fans
CAI
Headers with 3" exhaust
4000 stall
Trans Cooler
4l60e with shift kit and corvette servo
4.10 Detroit locker
Running on 17" stock wheels and tires

I wanted to know what you guys had to update in order for the cam to work and is this also a reasonable cam for my set up. It's not a DD but I do like to take it out frequently on weekends and go to the strip with it. Thanks guys!
