    Stand alone harness

So i am doing a swap in a 88 c1500 with a 5.3 out of a 2002 Tahoe drive by wire. The guy I bought it from gave me a stand alone harness. I have changed out the intake for one off of a LS1 with a cable driven throttle body. Will my harness still work or do I need to get one for a cable drive throttle body?

That harness will not work. Why not try something like the holley hp EFI? By the time you buy a harness, computer, tuning software, and wideband(holley has one built it) it's more expensive than buying the holley setup. Plus the Holley has features to tune itself, 1 timing table, changes can be made while it's running, no stopping and turning the truck off 100 times to re flash the pcm. heck of a lot simpler to tune.
