I just recently bought a 2008 Silverado VortecMax. I am new to trucks but not LSx engines. My truck is stock for now but I will probably be moddling it in the future. I also have a 1998 Trans Am which I am building for some serious power. I bought this truck so I can trailer the Trans Am as well as get around in bad weather since my previous car was a 2006 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona. The Trans Am is getting a 15:1 compression 421 LQ9 dropped in with 232 cc heads and a big cam which by estimates will be putting out close to 700 horsepower at the motor. It will also be fueled by e85. The project on the Trans Am is why the truck mods will have to wait lol.
