I just put my PCM back in with the 93 hot tune, the check engine light came on, saying that it is misfiring. The guy at the dealership wanted to charge like $80 to flash it, except he was wanting to install all the stock codes. I was told that it needs a "crankshaft position relearn" or "case learn". Has any one had this problem or now how to fix it. Oh by the way when I put my stock PCM in the S.E.S. light stays off.

Just put the PCM in and got the SES light. Called Allen and said dont worry go to a local mechanic that has a tool and he will reset the SES.

Went by the next day and it took about 10 minutes and 55.00 bux.
