    Dash Grab Bar

Anyone have any ideas on how to dye or maybe wrap the Grab bar on the dash? I'm putting in new carpet and interior with a painted dash and it is all going to be black. Then I'm going to have this big, gray, worn out handle staring at me.

    Ideas??

I'm having a friend do it for me, as i suck with a rattle can. He is priming and painting it satin black for me. Should be done in a week or two. I'll post some pics as soon as it gets done. Finally got my carpet in there. What a pain in the a@@ that was.

Leather or suede, or paint it to match

Die it. SEM makes great and easy to use products. I died the vinyl dash in my 86 K10. Came out mint!

Its like a rubber foam. It should hold fine i would think. hell if not they are like $50 on Ebay. I'll try some dye and see what happens. Pics soon hopefully, if i can get some time to work on it again.
