Well my best friend and I work as bouncers for a night club and we carpool together and last night was my turn to drive. It was a good night at work and when we come out to my truck I found my shit broken into. They smashed my drivers window and my liftgate window. They took my flipout indash, my toolbox with like $600 worth of tools, mine and my friends wallets with $100 in mine $600 in my friends his ssn card, ids, credit cards, debit cards, pics of his past away grandmother in her teens, my friends keys and beeper for his alarm for his 93 burb and 70 gto, house keys gfs house keys military id card. I had my military id card my license my debit card, medical card.

They broke my center counsle lid ( it was locked cuz wallets and keys were in there) also took my 80gb ipod classic.

But the people that did this were stupid enough to not wear gloves so they left prints all over the place. They also cut themselves so we also have bloos samples all over the truck.

So yea I was pretty fuckin pissed when I walked out to this. But I am happy I did not have my gun in there. Im happy they didnt take my amps or subs. Also happy they didn't slash my tires or key it or anything. Meeting with ins adjuster tomorrow to assest the damage and on monday the glass will be replaced.

Have you heard anything from law enforcement Bout getting the prints and samples checked out? Most cases they don't waste resources on a vehicle break in and theft like this even with good prints or blood.

If they pull that card, there required to help recover your mil IDs if there's good enough evidence to. Same thing happened to me when I was stationed in NC, dude broke my window and cut his wrist and bled all over my seats and took my tools and an old wallet that had an expired mil ID in it but that's how I was able to get them to run the dna and get a name.

Its worth a try, I got my tool box back.

This actually happened thursday night. Today I got windows replaced and tinted them.

And thanks we_fly_high I will deffinetly use that mil id tactic. Even though I already got mine replaced.

My friend and I's guess is that it was somebody that we know or know of that knew we both would be in there the whole night. Hopefully they didnt take the stuff across the border.

I didn't use it to get my expired Id back, but used it to get my stuff back and find the ahole that did it but I didn't tell law enforcement that. Good luck man
