    does anyone know what lets say a 2500hd with a duramx runs stock in the quarter... or the 8.1??

    NELSON 93 hot tune, 02 PCM, VOLANT Ram air intake, MSD wires, ACdelco iridium plugs , Edelbrock ceramic shorty headers, jegs off-road y pipe, Dynamax int pipe, 3" Magnaflow Exhaust with turndown, EGR removal, throttle body bypass, vette servo, long servo pin, performance 4th apply piston, B&M shift kit, SLP 160* thermostat, LS1 Fans, NELSON harness, ported and polished throttle body (did it myself, for free lol)..... _______? cam is next as soon as i stop spending all my money

    According to gtech our 04 8.1L Reg cab longbed 4x4 ran a 17.5 with the allison trans and in 2wd with 1/8th tank left.

    Hey buddy the Duramax willl walk the Dog on the 8.1L. My girlfriends father had a 05 2500 C-Cab 4x4 with the 8.1L 496ci. with the Allison, with 4:10&#39;s. He added a Superchip, Flowmaster, and K&N. And it was still slow as pond water, but sounded good. Plus he was getting 8-10 MPG on a good day. He got rid of it and got a DURAMAX, put Chip on it and it will SMOKEEEEE his 38&#39;s Mickey Thompsons. Duramax is twice the motor the 8.1L ever thought about being.
    My fathers C-cab dually with just chip and 90gal. fuel tank full in back. Ran a 9:40 in the 1/8, 14:8 in 1/4.

    I&#39;m not sure about the stock time but I would say 16&#39;s to mid. 17&#39;s. One of my friends put the edge 155hp box on his and ran a 14.8 1/4 and it&#39;s a dually ex-cab and ton&#39;s of smoke
    2500HD 6.0 - K&N filter, TB bypass, Ported and Polished TB, no cats, SD Tune BY Nelson, 42# injectors, STS, T-67 .96 A/R, @5psi Walbro 255lph, Air to Water Intercooler, coolingmist kit @ 6ghp
    CJ-7 - K&N, TBI 350, dana44 front locker, 9" ford rear spooled three link, 38.5" SS, bead locks,and tons more.
