Tranny Issues...HELP!

So yeah new truck new issues, lets see if someone can offer a suggestion, basically the trans doesnt like to shift into 3rd gear under normal driving. And under very gentle driving (say in the rain) it likes to come out of gear and start looking for first. Anyone have any suggestions? I am thinking T56 but my bank account wont support that right now

sounds like to me you are loosen third
have it rebuilt to a 4L65E or
swap it out o a 4L80E if you have the HP to push it..

FLP sells a nice 4L65E, but every transmission will break sooner or later..
