    who likes to cook?

Being a single parent and raising a child by myself I cook every night. I also love hunting and fishing so I have a freezer full of all types of game from turtle to deer. I love cooking in general especially wild game. I'm actually cooking turtle etouffeé right now and have a steak and shrimp parmesan recipe I'm trying tomorrow at a cook out. I was wondering if we had any other chefs on the forum and if so what is some of your favorite things to cook ? I'm from the south so I was pretty much raised growing a garden and and preserving vegetables, pickling, and pretty much living off the land. Let's here some of your favorite recipes guys........

Charcoal is the only way to go ! You can't beat the flavor of a charcoal grill. The only reason I don't cook every meal on a grill is because I can't afford the charcoal and don't have the time every day.

I am the king of the grill in my home, but my wife went to culinary school and works as a line cook and pastry chef. I am limited to the grill happy so.
