Turbo Kit

I'm looking to buy a turbo kit to get a little more power out of my 4.8L. I found this kit from Trick
Performance products.

My ?'s are has anybody here bought this kit if so how was it?

What else do I need to get going down the road?

Is there another kit that you would recommend over this?

Also I found a good deal on a Turbonetic's 62-1 turbo for a good price... If I could swap the turbo that comes with and replace it with the 62-1 is that down grading so to speak?

Trick makes a nice product. You might just call him and see what he has to say. Lots of guys here run his stuff

They will take care of you.you decide what style u want,t4/t6,headers type ,big logs,or the flipped manifold style which is a great kit I'll be doing on my daily as well.
Here's a pic of mine ,08' silverado.mine is a custom header type ,4inch down pipe 80mm turbo ,hob intercooler
Get u a nice wastegate 50mm atleast and a 50mmblow off valve ,your going to need a good fuel pump and injectors as well

Nice set up CHEVROLADE...! I'm looking for the front mount flipped maifold style. I looked on nelsonperformance website and it said that there flip mounts are coming soon. Im really wanting something yesterday if you no want I mean not sure I want to wait to much longer.
