Hey that is a pretty cool idea.
"ALisSa1 Silverado"1990 Chevrolet RCSB● 2002 Chevrolet Camaro LS1/4L60EScrimpin Ain't Easy( . Y . )
Thats similar to all the tbss setups. They call it a fenderwell intake.
Sooner or later I'm gonna make an air box for it so it will be ram air, hope it will work.
country 3030 and I did that mod to his truck back in high school. what was supposed to be a night working on a class project, turned into building a ram air. Ive been contemplating doing a ram air setup on my gmc, but cant find a good location for the inlet.
Truck: 05 GMC CCSB SLT Z71,
Go Faster: 5.3, 219/227 .607/.614 112, milled heads, eBay CAI, Circle D 2800, 3030 Built 60E, E-Fans, 3030 Tuned, LT's, Spintech Muffler, DuraGrip w/ 3.73's
Look Better: 10K HID's lows & fogs, tinted Chevy tails
But pulling the head light take all of 2 seconds.
And your point is? I guess you missed the part about the ram air
