    Driveshaft specialist

    Big thanks to Jeff at drive shaft specialist. He got me fixed up with a repair to the DMax drive shaft. His super quick turn-around ensured that me and fam could use the Dmax while going out of town this weekend.

    how can you tell a diesel shaft from a gas shaft?

    the one on my Dmax is a 5"aluminum, i think its the same as the ones the race truck guys are running.

    Most of the trucks now come with a 4-5" aluminum shaft. 1500, 2500, or 3500. Some are steel, but most have all gone aluminum
