    Hey allen,, Dude, How does the Diff Hang In the Farm Truck??? Mine Went b00m today , 1-2 Ping,Scrggggggrrgggggcrrrgh , WTF , im not roling I floor it then a loud ping and my engine is off &#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; &#33;&#33; ( i wonder if my trans is ok) FUK trq management&#33; W00t, I am geting a rearend off a 05 for &#036;900 Can anybody finde me a beter deal? , the Diff cover is full of holes&#33;&#33; and dragged it about 15 miles home&#33; Made fucked up sounds as it got dragged( i mean fucking horrible< we had to stop and throw it in reverse evry 4 miles or so, it kept locking up&#33, I figured its beyond a new ring and pinion, Will A 05 rear end drop into a 2000 with no problems???? I hate walking&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;BTW, is your dyno Up man ? I really want to know what this old girls is makin if the diff can go boom like that O yeah happy 4th man, Blow up a ford engine or 2 today

    Mine is actually hanging in there, I&#39;m just going to beef it up with some better axels.
    Not sure on the 05, but it will have drum brakes if I remember right, yours has disc. I&#39;m not sure if the mechanisms and brake lines are the same, probably not.

    i would just go to a junkyard find a rear end from a 99-04 from a silverado tahoe or suberban(sp?). try and find one with a gt4 and g80 codes(in glove box). that will be a factory 373 with a posi, and you wont have to jack with the brakes.
