Is it possible for a Rcsb 4.8 2wd with headers, exhaust, Cai, ported TB, and a 100 shot to run 13s with no converter and street tires? Or am I shooting for the moon here?

If you can get going off the line it's do able
Slowest in Oklahoma...
If you have a decent set of gears. Likely.

If 3.73s then maybe. 3.23s or 3.42's, not a snowballs chance in hell.

The difference between winning and losing, is having a 2nd stage.
well ran it in stockish form yesterday... not to impressed but hopefully it'll respond well to mods. 15+ mph headwind it ran 10.58 at 68 in the 1/8th. BTW i checked the code for the rear when i got home after the track its a 3.23 rear. fml.
Thats not to bad, be about a 16.5 1/4.

Lots of people drop a full second after a tune. I bet with a tune, gears, a mild stall, and a locker you will be much happier. Plus those are some solid inexpensive mods.
Stall=$400
Tune=$300
Gears and locker=$450
That could net you closer to mid 14's pretty easy and very street friendly.
