use a bell housing bolt and attach chain to the heads, attach one side to the back head and the other side to the front opposite head

Don't be super rough with the motor with them in the heads. We broke a bolt off in the head yanking on a v6 one time lol.

I used regular old 3/8 bolts in the front of the back of the heads to pull the 4.3 and drop in the 5.3. They also make lift plates that go in place of the valley cover for the LS engines.

M10. I'm sure you'll be taking accessories off, so use one of those. Or like chvy=power said, use the bell housing bolts.
