    nv3500 guys!

just curious what you guys mean by swapping to quality fluid, as in clutch fluid or trans fluid, and what kind do you use to make it shift better or perform better.

Any advise is welcome thanks in advance

Mine has RP SynchroMax in it. If you want it to shift nicer pick up a Centerforce clutch. As far as clutch fluid, just flush it fairly regular. I believe it uses dot 4. Can't remember.

Couldn't tell you. I did a whole bunch of stuff all at once, built 5.3 replaced the 4.3, new fluid in the trans and hydraulics, new clutch.

Do the drill mod or replace the clutch line. This alone will make a huge improvement.
