    77 International Scout II

went out and bought a 77 International a couple weeks ago, and I was wondering if any body knows anything about them. It's a 4x4 with a 345 v8 motor in it. seats are in great shape. better than my 98 RCSB actually. but it needs a few things. lemme know what yall know about these things

Kinda Redneck, but it fits me.

My cousin has 4 of them, most have very small running gear under them. Be sure to check out the frame really good, they were bad about getting mud trapped in them and rusting in half, also keep a check on the inside of the fenders, they have some places that hold mud and tend to rust out pretty bad. But good thing is a lot of ford bronco parts will Interchange with it. If ya ever get to lookin for some parts or somethin just shoot me a pm and I'll help as much as I can.

hahahaha Yea yea I'm workin on it. I need to get out to it again. I still owe the guy a little bit for it, cause I talked him into giving me an extra set of 33"s and a couple extra sets of wheels. Once I get out there, I'll take some, figure out photobucket, theen figure out how to put them here....

I had a 74... brakes fell off of it then I let a family member have it. And no, the Bronco and Scout's don't have interchangeable parts - except for the Dana 44 front. That wasn't even the same since the scout had leafs up front and the Bronco's had coils. You're on the wrong forum for International Scout advice. Pirate4x4.com ftw
