I suggested it before, and now it makes even more sense. New members do NOT get access to the rest of the forum until they start a newbie thread. Can't post, can't send PM's, anything. At least it would keep all the spam in one area.

Removed all his posts/banned him. Once the spammer has over 50 posts I have to go through and remove them individually. Yeah this poster was annoying lol
