    Top engine builders in TX

Ok, so my brothers wanting a 408 for his '91. He's basically giving me blank check with the instructions "I want it to make a mess of 37" tires, handle a ton of and blow the doors off your (your being me) truck." So I started running some numbers for parts and I figured it'd be a lot cheaper to get someone to build it down there and then bring it home with us in February. He spied TSP's catalog, but nope I've heard too many bad things about them.

So who's got a good reputation going right now? That doesn't charge the 'Vette tax for anything LS.

Rex is an option. But trust me, shipping stuff across the border sucks balls. Just doing the research right now

Why not have him ship it to one of us and then pick it up at the meet? I'm sure shipping from CA to AZ is less than CA to Canada. And if I'm coming for the meet anyway wouldn't be a big deal really.

Or if I end up not being able to go, ship it to Justin and pick it up from him.

We've been using LME with no issues regarding timeline and build quality
