EDIT: The CD-ROM lights up and sounds like it's trying to read discs but it won't. It also no longer shows up in Windows Explorer or Device Manager. Not sure what the issue is.

What's the battery life like Moze? Current laptop lasts maybe 20 minutes in the truck with HPT. Kind of a pain in the ass.

Exactly why I replaced this one, the battery was shot. It depends on what you're doing with it, but it should be fine for a couple of hours.
I can't tell you for sure, because I bought a new laptop shortly after getting the battery for this, so I haven't used this extensively with the new battery.
Too bad this isn't smaller. I've been looking for a used mini with good battery for the truck.
