short shifting is one of the reasons, running rich, and when im stopping and turning the wheel it will start to surge, then if im going down the road at a constant speed and give it a lil throttle to go faster it will start to miss almost and sputter.. its still on the rough tune to get it going i went with this local guy cause i was tight on money and now here we are going on 2 months and i cant get ahold of him, and dont have the money to go to allen.

maybe in a few months i can save 400 and go with np

It wasn't that bad honestly considering one of the worst roll races you can do is a turbo stick car...hell a turbo Cobalt SS or an SRT-4 Neon are handfuls in roll races. He would have a hard time taking you from a dig...he negated your stall by roll racing.
