    Will this fit with no mods to the pistons?

    i wanna install a TSP 224r cam with .581/.581 lift and a set of comp 918's. and one have this cam or similar setup in the truck? Engine is stock LQ9.

    It will definitely fit. I have .604/.609 lift on my cam with stock heads and pistons on my 5.3 just for ref.
