    Someone got a new DD

Ok well, its not actually mine. While my brother's on a harvest tour down through Montana, Nebraska, the Dakotas, Colorado, Kansas and back up to Alberta I'm driving his Jetta to keep the miles off my truck (bout 6 months). All I have to do is pay the 80$ a month insurance and I'm in a little buggy that gets 62mpg without being a gay Prius or Smart. Definitely need to detail it, way too filthy for my standards I just love the fact my truck is now the weekend toy.

Nice! I wish I could get 62 the best on my VW is 52.7. Maybe if I drove 40 instead of 55MPH. You must have some tricks?

It traps 78, the same as the truck did stock Never actually lined them up side by each.

That's what I was told it gets, broke college kid probably drove it like an 80 year old.

My boss drives one, every time we drive somewhere for work, I'm incredibly jealous of the gas mileage. We drove to Boston one day, and I swear, the gas gauge did not move.

Whats cost of maintence costs, longevity etc, compared to a 30mpg 2.2L Honda Accord? 50+mpg sounds enticing.

They last forever. I know a couple people with well over 300000 miles on them, maintenance is a bit pricey on them though.

now just lower it and black everything out for a nice look

those are pretty sweet cars for DD purposes. For $80 a month i can bet you come out ahead on money driving that
its just a turbo 5.3 that a couple of kids threw together
