    FINALLY!!!! A home owner

Not the dream home or exactly what i wanted. Got to start somewhere and it was the right price. Nice to have a place to call ''mine''.

2 bed, 1.5 bath, .5 acres, all redone hardwood floors, new paint, new windows, new kitchen, etc...think you get the point.

Already got the leather couches and the plasma.....and a fridge stocked with beer.

Back yard to be redone and opened up, all bushes and shrubs to be removed, and split face retaining walls on both sides of the drive to expand it and add some look. Hence reason to sell the 2wd..funds

Listing pics, I will update as i get crap done.

Pretty jealous Mike. I've been looking pretty hard here close and it's difficult to find something that isn't beat to crap. People around here are holding on to property for dear life right now.

Nice house! I hope my first house has a garage.. Many houses here that are cheap don't have them.. But I can't wait until I get to move out..

Congrats, looks like a nice place. I'm right there with you on the retaining walls along the driveway, almost necessary there.

Congratulations, always nice to be a homeowner. It is a good time to be a first time home buyer.
