    who makes a good axle

    I got a 2001 silverado with the stock 10 bolt rear end and I broke a axle fri night I need a set of axles that will hold up to around 450 to 500 rear wheel hp and I wanted to keep It 6 lug for the stock rims

    Moser makes good ones. I ran a set in mine before I went 9".

    i now have bought 4 sets of axles in the last 6 months from moser and two complete 9" chunks.. all at my door in 5 days.. they say all orders ship in 48 hours or less........ Good people and nice stuff

    whats wrong with stock, your wanted rwhp is what im putting down and i have stock axles. just saying, id use the money more wisely until you actually need the axles. just my .02

    Broke one in the avalanche a while back replaced with Yukon axles.

    Also bought some custom srange and an entire rear nine inch for the farmtruc

    All showed up in a reasonable time.
