    ls1 injectors on lq4 intake

    Hey guys ive got an lq4 and i can get a really good deal on a ls1 harness and computer. Can i run a ls1 injector on the lq4 intake? Do i need different rails? Thanks all advice it appreciated.

    It will work fine. Just get some longer bolts to hold down the fuel rail and cut some metal tubing the length needed to use as a spacer.

    NP man my setup uses the truck intake and LS1 injectors after I changed the pigtails to the LS1 style. If you are using the LS1 harness should be no problem.

    yeah i should be getting a ls1 harness and computer within the next few weeks. i just gotta get some ls1 injectors now. im gonna get a cam not sure what size maybe around 600 lift 220s duration? ive got the swap headers 1.3/4 primaries with 2.5 true duals and a 5 speed. im gonna do the rearend soon too. thinking about 410s. and also a nelson tune. im gonna do a turbo in the future but for now its gonna be N/A. what size injector should i look at? Im new to the ls motors so im clueless about injectors. Im used to dealing with carbs. Thanks for your help. Its a massive help

    Some 60 lb injectors should work Now and when you put the turbo.

    ok man sounds good. How much boost can i run with the stock lq4? im gonna get arp rod bolts for sure. anything else i should get? thanks

    I wouldn't go past 10 if you want it to last. The tune is most key to making it last as well as not beating on it all the time and not staying in boost too long.

    ok thanks for your help. Im just trying to get it up and running for now but i see boost in the future
