    Question what gears should i go with?

    ok so heres the deal im hitting 5th gear right before the end of the 1/4 mile which is more than likely affecting performance and times.i was on a 28' slick...so i was thinking 4.10s or 3.90s?ide like to finish in 4th gear of course..what do yall think?go taller tire if so how tall?or just re gear?

    6l80e has no straight 1:1, but as long as your crossing the line 200-400 rpm above your peak power you're in the sweet spot. Had the truck on the dyno yet to find this spot? Maybe 4.30's and up your shift points?

    good point,i need to get this truck on the dyno asap! some time next week .gotta schedule an appointment...
