    Internships

Hey all, as a sophomore in college, I'm looking for just where I want to end up when I finish school. I was wondering if anyone on here had any ideas for places that mite be good to intern at for a summer. I'm majoring in Automotive Restoration with a minor in business, but I can honestly say I have a bit more interest in aftermarket making things look good and go fast. If anyone has any good ideas let me hear them. Thanks in advance!

I know here at A&M a bunch of companies promote their internships through the school; have you tried looking into programs your school is associated with?

We have a few programs that the school but they are mostly all for very early model vehicle restoration and upkeep at places like museums and full restoration shops. I'm more looking for aftermarket performance and newer vehicle work.

PM some of the better known shops and ask them maybe they won't be able to pay you but thats the deal with internships usually anyways I bet if you know your way around they will get you some experience if nothing else.

That's what I've been doing. Cause right now, experience is really what I'm looking for, money is nice, but the experience is worth way more to me in the long run.
