    Truetrac Install ?'s

I got a pretty killer deal on a Truetrac 913A481 for $300 and I of course can't wait to install it. My trans swap has taken a break for about 3 weeks now and will for another 2 weeks or so because my brother has taken over my garage space plus I can't seem to save up money for the $1000 stall. Anyway what tips, pionters do you guys have about the install of the truetrac. I couldn't find a thread on here or pftrucks on the install. I'd like to get this in asap. I don't have an install manual and IDK how to adjust the lash or what ft/lbs to torque to. Also what gear oil are you runnin?

    Much Appreciated
    Chris

I will try to take plenty of pictures

Man I cant say how much I hate installing rearends. I think it's because the lack of info on the yukon instructions I have. This is my first time so I need exact step by step instructions. Anyway, anybody have trouble with the crush sleeve? I can't get my pinion preload correct because my impact is a cheap craftsman. On the yukon gear install manual it said that you might have to put 3-400ft/lbs of pressure. I believe I should be over that because I have about 3' length with the cheater bar and I can bench around 345 but using only one hand would bring that down to about 170. the damn tires were even havimg trouble no moving. Isn't the rule for cheater bars: 1'=100ft/lbs?so what gives? Both pinion races are fully seated into the diff, I pressed the bigger of the two pinion bearings all the way on the pinion. I placed the pinion inside the diff with the large bearing and crush sleeve then from the other side I put on the smaller bearing, yoke, washer then pinion nut. I left off the seal as i didn't want it to get damaged.
FYI I had to install the carrier so I could put my axles in in order to use my brakes. I didn't have enough leverage with the pipe wrench nor did I have a good grip on both toke pinion nut.

somebody please help. I want to roast these tires
