    ATTN: 2wd Crew cab guys

I was hoping one of you could take a picture of your driveshaft for me? LOL

Im converting the truck to 2wd for now and Im hoping my 4wd driveshaft in the rear will work but I already know the yoke is too large and long. Is the 2wd driveshaft a two-piece or one-piece ?

Anyone happen to have one for my setup?!!

This and my flexplate issue are the only things stopping me from having the truck running
I was gonna use the flexplate off the 5.3 but come to find out its broken into pieces, but I have another 5.3 and flexplate from it Im hoping will work for the ls1/4l60e combo...If this wont work which one should I get?

2 wheel drives....either ext cab/crew cab/ or I BELIEVE long beds all have a 2 piece shaft with a carrier bearing. You COULD run a solid one piece (would be cheaper/easier) but the 2 pieces are better for distances that long.

    My brothers '06 CCSB(5.5') had a 1 piece driveshaft. My '04 ECSB(6.5') has a 2 piece with carrier bearing. Both are 2wd.
