    Wanted: U-bolt plate

I'm not sure if that's the correct name. I need 2 of the things in the red box Attempting to make my own traction bars, would rather have a spare set for mockup.

You tell me. I was trying to save a trip to the junkyard lol. My buddy said to just bolt a piece of 1/4" steel below these and throw a 2nd nut on the u bolts...I'm thinking that's probably the easier method...not sure if it'd be as strong though.

The 1/4" steel plate sounds like a good idea. If you still want the plates, $30 shipped okay?
